Intro to Pole Fitness Classes in St Louis MO

"Try it out" Beginner Pole classes are designed to introduce beginner students to the basics of pole fitness.

This class focuses on learning basic pole fitness techniques, safe body mechanics, and pole terminology.

Build strength through total body conditioning using the pole to climb, push, pull and work every muscle.

In Beginner Pole class you will learn basic 2 handed pole spins, pole sits, how to climb the pole and more.

We recommend all beginner students take at least 1 class weekly, consistency builds strength.

Pole fitness is a full body workout, and we know you are going to love the results!

Have fun while getting fit, building your confidence, and feeling a bit more sexy too.

We believe everyone has the ability to learn to pole dance, just take it one class at a time and believe you can do this!

Classes are for women 18+

Please pre-register and reserve your space in class.

Classes must be pre-paid prior to coming to the class.

1 time drop in class & class pass packages are non-refundable for any reason.

Class packages are non-transferable.

Must cancel 24 hours in advance or you lose that class credit.
