Pole Fitness Conditioning
This 60 minute pole strength fitness class focuses on total body conditioning.
The pole is used for a variety of exercises designed to build strength, coordination, and flexibility.
Pole trick drills are used to accelerate and compliment your pole training.

- Beginners to advanced students welcome.
- Pole Fitness Conditioning offers level based progressive exercise alternatives.
- No experience is necessary for anyone wanting to start.
